Nice is located in the heart of one of the most popular tourist regions in the world: the Côte d'Azur or French Riviera. The French Riviera benefits from a Mediterranean-type climate, characterized by exceptional sunshine almost 300 days a year and mild temperatures for most of the year. Thus making Nice an ideal location for an Ironman Triathlon

Swim Course: 2-loops
The swim starts at the beach, Plage du Centenaire at the famous Promenade des Anglais. It is a 2 loop course with a land exit of approximately 20 meters at the end of the first loop.

Bike course: 1-loop
This 1 loop couse will lead you through different regions in the South of France. The course will follow the ancient course of the famous Triathlon de Nice which was about the following : St Laurent du Var, Gattières, Carros, Le Broc, Bouyon, Roquestéron and Gilette. The climbing altitude is about 1500m.

Run course: 1-loop
There will be 1 loop course which has to be run four times and which is absolutely flat. During the run you can enjoy the wonderful view from the « Promenade des Anglais ».
