We have several prime properties available, all conveniently-located to race week activities. In addition, all PPS group members will have access to a bike mechanic specially designated to the group.

Car Rentals:

We have arranged special car rental rates for your stay on the Big Island. Special rates are also available if you plan on visiting other islands during your trip. Below please find a list of sample rates for the most frequently requested vehicles.

Payment Policy:

Deposit: Required to confirm package and is based on total booking.

Minimum deposit required: $100.00.

Airfare(if required): Due at time of booking.

Final payment due by July 7, 2009.

Cancellation Policy:

Penalties for cancellations made between:

Deposit to July 7 - minimum - $100.00, varies based on cancellation date;

After July 7 - no refunds, unless we are able to re-sell the room;

Airfare is non-refundable.

Changes in flights are subject to a fee at time of change.
