Ironman Lanzarote land package includes:
• Round-trip airport transfers
• 6 nights at a *Club La Santa apartment with kitchen (5/19 – 25)
• Daily breakfast
• Race week transportation, in addition to race day transportation to the venue (start/finish)
• Bike course tour by minibus or van
• All applicable taxes

*One and two-bedroom apartments are available.

Please note: Club La Santa is the host resort for Ironman Lanzarote. It is the site for all race-related activities including: registration, briefings and official functions. The resort itself is a virtual sports playground with comprehensive training and workout facilities, as well as home to several restaurants serving diverse cuisine.

If you have already arranged your flights, please provide us with your flight details, so we can arrange airport transfers. If you prefer, we can assist you with car rental arrangements or suggest other options.

Land Package Price:
$779.00 + $25.00 (tax) per person – 1-bedroom – Yellow category (max. 3 people)
$1079.00 + $25.00 (tax) per person – 2-bedroom – Green category (max. 5 people)

• Double occupancy (2 per room)
• Minimum 5 nights stay.

Airfare:
$1203.00 + $288.20 (tax) per person. Airfare not guaranteed until purchased.  Deadline to purchase is Nov. 10, 2008

Airfare is based on:
• Non-stop or minimum connecting flights.
• Cheaper airfares with multiple connecting flights or sale fare maybe applicable.
• Fares and taxes are subject to change without notice.

Note:  All return flights from Lanzarote to the U.S. will require an overnight in Madrid due to irregular connection times.

Payment Policy:
$150.00 per person deposit to confirm the package
Final payment due by March 18, 2009
Airfare (if required) due at time of booking 

Cancellation Policy:
Penalties for cancellations made between: 
Deposit to March 18 - $200.00
After March 18 - no refunds, unless we are able to re-sell the room
Airfare is non-refundable.
Changes in flights are subject to a fee at time of change.
