All Premium Plus Sports travel packages are designed with the athlete in mind. We handle all of the non-race related logistics, which is what we do best, so that you can focus solely on your race and perform at your very best.

Tri Short Worlds land package includes:

*The Empire Landmark hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Vancouver. It is just steps away from restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. The Empire Landmark is within walking distance of the race venue and Team USA hotel.

Land Package Price:
$745.00/865.00 per person – 4 nights/5 nights (double occupancy)

Transportation options:
There are various transportation options from Vancouver International Airport to the Empire Landmark Hotel on the West End. They are:

Shuttle Service – The YVR Airporter offers shuttle service from the airport to Empire Landmark Hotel. Cost is $20.00 (round-trip). For reservations and details go to http://www.yvrairporter.com

Private Limo Service – valid for maximum 2 persons/1bike case/2 suitcases. Cost is $200.00 round-trip includes taxes and fees.

Private Van Service – valid for maximum 5 persons/3bikes/5 suitcases. Cost is $400.00 round-trip including taxes and fees.

Car Rental Service – we have negotiated special car rental rates for those interested in having the freedom to get around.

Airfare:
We have negotiated a special discount on United Airlines for travel to Vancouver. Fares purchased 30 days prior to departure will receive a 7 percent discount on published fares. Tickets purchase less than 30 days prior to departure will receive a 2 percent discount on published fares. Zone fares are also available and can be compared against published fares to select the best price. Payment Policy:
$150.00 per person deposit to confirm the package;
Airfare (if required) due at time of booking; 
Final payment due by April 3, 2008.

Cancellation Policy:
Penalties for cancellations made between: 
Deposit to April 3 - $150.00;
After April 3 - no refunds, unless we are able to re-sell the room;
Airfare is non-refundable;
Changes in flights are subject to a fee at time of change.
