It will be our privilege to assist you with all of your travel needs as you prepare to represent the United States at the Triathlon Long Course Worlds in Almere, Netherlands (Holland).  All Premium Plus Sports travel packages are designed with the athlete in mind.  We handle all of the non-race related logistics, which is what we do best, so that you can focus solely on your race and perform at your very best.  If you are planning on extending your trip, we are experts on Europe and can provide you with great post-race travel suggestions.

Tri Long Worlds land package includes:

*The Bastion Hotel Almere is the closest hotel to the race site and is situated at the exit Almere-Stad-West (S101) on the A6 and is not far from Amsterdam (approximately 10 minutes). The hotel has 60 Deluxe and 40 standard rooms.  It is the located only 3km from the race venue allowing the convenience of biking during race week.

Airfares provided are based on:

Cheaper airfares with multiple connecting flights or sale fare maybe applicable. We also offer special discounted Business Class airfares.

If you have already arranged your flights, please provide your flight details, so we can arrange airport transfers. We can assist you with car rental arrangements, or suggest other transportation options.

Please note: Airport transfers provided in the quote are for 9/24 (departure TBD) & 9/29 (departure TBD) only.  If your arrival/departure is on different dates, we can assist you with car rental arrangements or suggest other options.

Payment Policy:
$150.00 per person deposit to confirm the package
Airfare (if required) due at time of booking 
Final payment due by July 7, 2007

Cancellation Policy:
Penalties for cancellations made between: 
Deposit to July 7 - $150.00
After July 7 - no refunds, unless we are able to re-sell the room
Airfare is non-refundable.
